  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund

4. Order Acceptance

Placing an order on GruhStore constitutes an offer to purchase, not a confirmed sale. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability or stock errors
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
  • Incorrect pricing due to technical errors
  • Delivery limitations to your pin code

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. Your order is only considered accepted when we send you a dispatch confirmation with a tracking number. If we cancel your order after payment, a full refund will be issued within 7 BUSINESS DAYS.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Processing time: Orders are typically processed within same day of payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery timelines:

  • Metro cities: 3 to 5 business days
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 4 to 6 business days
  • Remote or rural pin codes: 5 to 7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, logistics disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping charges:

  • Free shipping on All orders
  • Shipping charges for returns are outlined in our Returns policy below

Failed deliveries: If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, our logistics partner will attempt redelivery. After 3 failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply for redelivery requests.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, here is how we can help:

Eligibility for returns:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, items marked as final sale, and products damaged due to misuse

How to initiate a return: Contact us at contactgruhstore@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photographs of the product. Our team will respond within 2 BUSINESS DAYS with return instructions.

Refund process:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 BUSINESS DAYS of us receiving and inspecting the returned item
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI — please provide your bank details when raising a return request
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

Damaged or defective products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Prohibited Uses
